Reference house - source

Tool: the Specify reference house generator, TypeScript, run with Node.js.
Source: apps/cms-service/src/houseModel/reference/ in Specify's repository.
Regenerate: from apps/cms-service, npx tsx scripts/generate-reference-house.ts

This house is generated by a script rather than modelled, so its working file is that script, not
a .blend. A commissioned house puts its Blender .blend file (4.2 LTS or newer) and its textures in
this folder instead, with a README.txt like this one naming the tool and its version (HM-25).

Textures: textures/ holds every texture at full size, 1024 x 1024 JPEG: a colour map and a
tangent-space normal map (glTF convention, +Y up) for brick, wood cladding, roof tiles, the door,
the floor and the interior plaster. The High tier embeds these; Standard and Low embed the same
textures drawn at 512 x 512. They are procedural, drawn by
apps/cms-service/scripts/generate-reference-textures.ts (sharp for the JPEG encoding), and the
model's UVs are world positions divided by each texture's real tile size, so a brick is a brick's
size on every wall.
